Starting the Remodel of "Our Little Peace of Panama
This is the front and they are removing the windows - they are replacing all the windows w/ double pane solar aluminum frame windows.
The windows are gone - They are going to put a French Door between those two windows and the deck will be extended from the front to the back. The windows are the bedroom. The river is right outside the windows.
This is the back wall of the bedroom - it will be pushed out about 6' and then a deck added and will be covered.
The walls will be pushed out to match this wall. The new bathroom will be in that area.

The steps were moved from the inside to the outside which really opened up the living room
The other shots are where they moved the back wall up and down approx. 6' out - that enlarged the kitchen and also to add the 2nd bedroom.
They extended the roof to cover the deck

These are NEW pics and it looks like it's coming together really good. We were really starting to worry about what it was going to look like - these pics have sure relieved a lot of stress.

This is the Kitchen - The arch looks nice.
The new bathroom in the Master Suite
The steps moved to the outside - that will open up a lot of room in the house. The river is just to the right of the deck - the width will give us enough room to put table and chairs.

New pictures and even more exciting
This the bedroom that we added downstairs - they were not able to go back for obvious reasons. They built to the side which will make the room larger.

Checkout where they put the showerhead - guess you have to sit down to take a shower!!!
This the upstairs "Master" Bedroom closet and new door - look close and you can see the river.
When they pushed the wall back we had them put in a closet - it is 4' deep and will have plenty of room for storage
We had them put in a A/C in the Master Suite - may come in handy in the summer when it gets in the 90's.
Back Deck and stairs - The windows are not in yet those are metal bars for security. The back deck looks nice and will be covered in the same tile as the upper.

I can see Margarita's and sunsets from here and the wonderful sound of the River rushing over the rocks.
